Voices from Care Cymru are holding 3 free short focus group sessions in North, West and South Wales for young care experienced individuals.

The sessions have been set-up for young people to feed into, and ultimately decide, what will be included in the Voices’ activity provision for care experienced young people in Wales (this is just a big way of saying “young people get to decide what they want to do”). The activity programme is a blank canvas at the moment so anything, within financial constraints, is currently possible!

This is a pretty unique opportunity for young people not only to engage with Voices and our members but to make real choices, inform real decisions and to participate in real outcomes/events that they would like to take part in.

If you or young people you work with would like to take part please contact Voices from Care Cymru on 02920 451431

Travel costs and food will be provided for all young people taking part!

The sessions are as follows.

Victoria Hall, Lampeter, 16th May, 17.30-19.00

Voices from Care Cymru, Cardiff, 23rd May, 17.30-19.00

Welsh Mountain Zoo, Colwyn Bay, 30th May 17.30-19.00 (place are available for the whole day if preferable, again, this is a free event)
